Have had to reload STEX portfolio manager 9 to an updated Windows 11 OS computer. Program requires new activation code for access. How do I access a new activation code when there is no longer any online support provided by the program provider?

I have inadvertently processed Return of Capital twice and now the cost base of shares is incorrect. I have deleted the transaction and also from ADJ file. Still shows incorrect cost base. Where else do I need to delete transaction? thak

The best way to fix this issue is to manually adjust the cost base of the shares in the STEX Portfolio Manager software. You can do this by selecting the shares and then clicking the "Edit" button. From there, you can enter the correct cost base for the shares.

Sale inputted into the incorrect parcel. Need to adjust to correct parcel. Can the incorrect transaction be deleted and will the program self adjust or if deleted, does an entry in the cash book need to be made to adjust?
